Awesome 55+ Villas close to beach and downtown with relaxed Key-West vibe
Smallish, age-restricted, villa community with character, where bikes, kayaks and golf Carts in view. No sterile, rule-bound high rises for us! No elevators! Nobody walking above us. Mail and newspaper at our front door. Like having a single family home but without the maintenance and security issues. We own a plane and tie down at the terrific, well-run 1940's city-owned airport, just a short walk from home. For us, Beach Manor Villas South is like living in an air park without the big price tag and remote location of most air parks. Airport runways well designed to direct away from community, so surprisingly quiet. No big commercial planes. Just general aviation. Love the Suncoast Cafe so close. The perfect year-round or winter get away for wingnuts!
