We’ve been here almost 6 months. The old adage that the three most important features in real estate are location, location and location certainly applies here. Hundreds of shops, restaurants and other amenities are mere minutes away. 5 minutes to Costco and Bell Tower shops, some places even in walking distance. The landscaping looks like a botanical garden, the entire place is pristine. I have seen a few complaints regarding the monthly fee, from my research it is about the middle of the pack in that regard and you get what you pay for. It covers basic cable, I wish we had a choice of that or internet service.

Regarding the HOA fees, compared to other communities our fees are in the middle. Lower fees most times means less value(painting or roof maintenance not included as an example) and anyone looking to purchase in a condo community expect to pay fees.

I sold my condo on Chelsey Lane approximately 3 years ago. It was a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath that I sold without a realtor. My issue is that the relators do not disclose the correct HOA amount. When I left in 2015; Cardinal Management was charging me $515 per month. I have heard that it has increased since then. Make sure you get "in writing" the actual amount that you will be charged. The community is very nice but the cost of the HOA drives your property value down.

We love our home here and the community is fantastic. We moved in this past summer and already have made lots of new friends and spend a lot of time using the amenities like the pool, tennis courts and the gym. Our home has a gorgeous pool and spa too! My house guests love coming to visit in their cabana right off the pool! We love the location and that this is a gated community plus it doesn't feel like a retirement neighborhood because it's not restricted to over 55.
