Bella Terraza Townhomes

Absolutely horrible experience with the management. I put in escrow balance, then they tried to almost force me to use their preferred lender. I eventually used my own lender, but when appraisal came in, it was $17k less than the sale price and my lender would not proceed. I had to back out of the purchase. The management of Bella Terraza did not have the courtesy to return my escrow amount, instead kept the entire balance. My intention was to purchase the property, but with a significantly lower appraisal value, it was simply not worth moving forward. They would not work with the buyer, instead expect the buyer to fill in the gap. Absolutely terrible experience and I would never deal with CTV Real Estate or The Musgrave Group.
