Hidden Gem
This is one of Long Beach's best kept secrets. If you are 55 or over, and have a good income, you can buy a house here for a fraction of the cost of the surrounding neighborhoods' homes. The infrastructure has been recently upgraded, and this waterfront gated community is very quiet, and very secure. The pool and Jacuzzi draw a regular crowd, and most people here are very friendly. It is a nice community of mostly relaxed mature people.
