Benson Woods has a new developer! The original builder, a division of Timex Corp, has sold the remaining development rights for 47 new construction homes. With fresh new floor plans updated for the 2020s, I know that things can only get better at Benson Woods. It should be noted that the homes for sale info is accurate but the floor plans shown on this site are outdated and incorrect,

BENSON WOODS IS A POOR CHOICE WITH SO MANY OTHER POSSIBILITIES AVAILABLE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO HAVE A LARGE DEAD AREA (LAWN) RE-PLANTED FOR SEVERAL YEARS BUT THE DEVELOPER AND THE H.O.A. (ONE IN THE SAME) IGNORE THE PROBLEMS HERE. I'M NOT AT ALL SURPRISED THAT THESE HOMES ARE NOT SELLING.

My husband and I love living at Benson Woods. The neighborhood is gorgeous! There is beautiful landscaping and mature trees, it is very peaceful and so charming. The architecture of every home is unique and it is a far cry from so many of those other cookie-cutter looking neighborhoods. If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind community with top notch quality, you should come check out Benson Woods! The area is also fantastic with everything you need close by but yet the neighborhood is very quiet. We are very pleased with our decision to build a home here!
