Love living in Bentcreek Crossing. We are close to everything but still have the creek and nature in our backyards. Our HOA are great people. Our neighbors are all good people. Everyone waves when they walk or bicycle by our home. We are here just 5 years and very happy with our choice to live in a 55 Community. All the house are different designs and beautifully landscaped.
We have searched for the perfect over 55 community. It's hard to evaluate, but for us, we want a community with people closer to our age with similar interests. We found at Bent Creek an older community and not what we are looking for in our mid 60's. We requested an activity guide and found very little of interest to us. This is the perfect community for someone older, satisfied playing cards, and not wanting to be very active. The Bridges is close by and Bent Creek seems like the first step to the assisted living. I can say nothing bad about Bent Creek, it just isn't for us.
We just moved in about 2 months ago and are quite happy so far. We have enjoyed two resident events. I enjoy walking the neighborhood. No traffic to speak of. Everyone has been friendly. Don't understand what the other reviewer was complaining about. Guess their standard of living was too high, high and mighty that is!
NOW WITH THAT BEING SAID, THIS IS MY OPINION ONLY, I would not recommend this community, it does not come up to MY standards of having a good standard of living
