Great neighborhood
Having recently purchased a 3/2/2 in Biltmore Commons, I can't say enough nice things about the area. Very close to Asheville vibrancy, yet secluded in the southwest community of Candler. Most units are 2/2 with on street parking only, but they are affordable at around 150K. The cluster homes are another story. Rarely do they come up for sale and when they do, they do not last past a month. Kind of a unicorn in real estate for the Asheville. Moderate maintenance fees, tennis courts, heated pool, security gated and the grounds are well kept. A true gem in the mountains surrounding Asheville.
