The Los Angeles-based firm FMB Development has started construction on a new townhome community in West Hollywood. The three-story residences will be built along Romain Street between Ogden Drive and Genesee Avenue.

The collection of townhomes will be a series of 10 units featuring underground parking, private rooftops, and balconies. FMB plans to include architectural elements that combine indoor and outdoor experiences, most notably by using sliding wood panels across windows.

The development project is compliant with West Hollywood’s Green Building Project, which ensures that new buildings will be healthier for residents, and use energy and resources more efficiently.
