Developer Sterling Bay acquired the Coyne College building and adjacent parking lot in the Fulton Market district for $25 million, according to Curbed Chicago. The developer plans to build at a 24-story office building at 333 N. Green St., the site of the former parking lot.

The office building project has yet to receive zoning approval, but Sterling Bay is confident the development will move forward. Advertising company WPP has already signed on as a tenant and has plans to move in by 2020, according to the report.

The old college building, located at 330 N. Green St., is expected to be another office building, albeit a smaller one. The Sterling Bay website describes this development as a two-story, single-tenant building.
