Plans have been filed with Los Angeles to construct a roughly 36-foot-tall condo building at 3605 S. 10th Ave. in Jefferson Park.

Per Urbanize, the site is currently home to a commercial building that would be demolished to make way for the residential replacement. It’s a prime location just a half-mile from Metro's Expo/Crenshaw Station.

The project description calls for 38 residential units and 77 on-site parking spaces. Details on unit features, building amenities, and prices have yet to be announced.

The area around Expo/Crenshaw Station is seeing a boom in residential development in recent days. Metro recently announced plans to partner with Watt Companies on a 492-unit, two-building project near the station. Meanwhile, a six-story complex has been proposed a block away from the station that would include 200 apartments and 270,000 square feet of retail.
