HoustonProperties.com recently released a list of Houston neighborhoods that grew the most in value in the past 10 years. These neighborhoods are located all over Houston and include some of the city’s most well-known areas.

Cottage Grove is a conveniently situated neighborhood that is divided by Interstate 10, giving it plenty of access to other parts of the city. It’s also adjacent to Memorial Park, one of the largest and most popular parks in Houston. The cost of homes is due to River Oaks’ historic nature and location. It’s one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods and has long been considered among its most prestigious. The neighborhood is also located next to all of the city’s most popular destinations. You’ll find everything from ranch style homes to Art Deco inspired houses and even impressive mansions in this area.

West University
