Brandywine Homes Purchases La Puente Site for 45 Detached Condos
California home builder Brandywine Homes recently acquired land in La Puente, and their subsidiary company, La Puente 45 Group, LLC, plans on building 45 detached small-lot homes on the property. The site was purchased from a subsidiary of the Los Angeles real estate developer Harridge Development Group, LLC.
The residential infill site will feature a collection of 45 two-story detached condominiums. Homeowners will be able to enjoy amenities such as a garage for up to two vehicles and a community tot lot. The convenient location is right off of North Hacienda Boulevard, and it’s close to main freeways that easily connect to Pasadena and Azusa.
Developers have been more drawn to La Puente in the San Gabriel Valley because of its unique and distinctive neighborhood feel. When California Senate Bill 361 passed back in July, the city was given $10 million to aid with community improvements.
