A homebuilder just announced two new home communities are ready to build in Morgan Hill, California.

Designer and home builder CalAtlantic recently announced that the two Bay Area communities will feature 12 residential designs. Both communities, Wisteria and Lantana, are located at 1360 Golden Eagle Drive, 12 miles south of San Jose.

Per a press release, CalAtlantic says the homes will be a mixture of single and two-story layouts featuring Great Rooms, gourmet kitchens, and spa-like master suites.

The Lantana community homes range from 2,952 to 3,930 square feet, while the Wisteria homes range from 2,088 to 3,091 square feet. Homes in Lantana contain four to six bedrooms and up to four-and-one-half baths, while homes in Wisteria contain three to five bedrooms and up to three-and-one-half bathrooms. Lantana has five floor plans ready to build starting at $1,239,000, while Wisteria offers seven floor plans ready to build starting at $1,048,000.

The renderings show homes with a combination of paneling and stone on the exterior, as well as two- to three-car garages. Six new models homes between the two communities are available to tour now.
