CalAtlantic Homes recently held a grand opening for its latest residential community, Sur 33 in San Diego, CA.

Located in the Del Sur planned community, Sur 33 is a collection of 95 tri-level homes featuring six different floor plans. Homes range from 2,021 to 2,438 square feet and feature three to five bedrooms, three-and-a-half to four baths, and a two-car garage. All homes also include open, contemporary designs and first-floor bedroom-and-bathroom configurations. The third floor of each home includes the master suite with a spa-bath and laundry room for easy access.

CalAtlantic also provides personalization options for Sur 33 floor plans, including fireplaces, first-floor media rooms and wine storage, and a first-floor kitchenette. Buyers can also choose between a private courtyard or backyard sites. Prices start in the mid $700,000s.

The Del Sur neighborhood is more than 1,800 acres and surrounded by more than 1,000 acres of preserved natural space. The neighborhoods within are connected by 18 miles of trails, 14 parks, 11 heated pools, and other amenities.
