National homebuilding company CalAtlantic Homes recently announced its opening of Vivaz, a new collection of farmhouse-inspired residences located in Rancho Mission Viejo. The new neighborhood can be found within The NorthWalk at Esencia. Prices start in the low $700,000s.

According to CalAtlantic Homes, the Vivaz collection comes in a mixture of one- and two-story single-family homes ranging from 1,701 to 2,169 square feet. Each home includes a front porch, entry foyer, and two-car garage, while interiors boast an open concept design featuring two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, gathering rooms, and nifty California rooms for indoor/outdoor entertainment. Residents will also have the option to personalize their homes with additional dens, bedrooms, and kitchenette-style suites.

Residents will also have access to community features such as Esencia’s clubhouses, fitness centers, swimming pools and spas, BBQ and picnic spaces, and even an open green space. The master-planned village is also located near various hiking areas, shopping centers, sports parks, and even a racquet club.
