The Rosslyn location is the third Spaces coworking space to open in the D.C. metro area. There are additional locations in Chevy Chase and NoMa.

Coworking has become a solid option for individuals in D.C., and the market seems well aware of that fact. Many coworking spaces already exist in the city, and more yet are planned for the future.

The Wharf will welcome its first coworking space in January of 2018. According to Curbed D.C., MakeOffices will offer amenitieslike a relaxation room, massages, and unlimited craft beer on tap.

Eaton Workshop will open a coworking space and hotel hybrid in the Downtown area of 12th and K Streets NW, according to Curbed D.C. The space “aspires to be a press club, a sanctuary for intelligent thought, and a canvas for rising neighborhood talent,” a press release noted.

A woman-only coworking space, The Wing, raised $32 million in a Series B funding round led by WeWork and New Enterprise Associates, Technical.ly reported. The coworking group currently has locations in New York City with plans to expand to D.C. later in the first quarter of 2018.
