The 72-home neighborhood will be situated at on the southeast corner of The Square — the focal point of Cadence’s community — and will include gardens, resort pools, ball courts, walking and biking trails, a cafe, and community center. Though floorplans are still in the design process, residences will consist of one- and two-story homes that include David Weekley’s signature flex space options. Lot sizes are generous at 58 ft. x 125 ft. and will complement the builder’s energy-efficient building techniques.

Soon to be joining the current amenities is a shopping district along Cadence Parkway as well as a charter school which will be a part of Queen Creek Unified School District.

Models for the new homes should be available late 2018 or early 2019.
