David Weekley Sees Strong Sales in South Dallas HighGrove Communities
Late last year, David Weekley Homes opened models for the HighGrove community in West Kessler Heights. The two different neighborhoods and home styles, Gardens and Villas, have been a hit so far with homebuyers.
Per Dallas Biz Journal, sales have been brisk so far in both South Dallas communities. Nine of the 53 total homes have been sold and David Weekley has put another 15 homes under construction.

Located at the corner of Stevens Forest and Marycliff, HighGrove Gardens features two- or three-story, single-family homes ranging from 2,424 to 2,909 square feet. Featuring three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, and a two-car garage, these homes begin in the $510,000s.
On the same block you'll find HighGrove Villas, which features three- and four-story, single-family homes ranging from 1,800 to 2,293 square feet. Featuring three bedrooms, three baths, one half-baths, and a two-car garage, homes here begin in the $410,000s.
Proximity to Dallas is credited as one of the reasons communities in this region have been successful. As many homeowners decide they want to cut down on the commute and live closer to the city, new housing on downtown edges are in high demand. HighGrove is feeling the benefit of that.
