Located off the Santa Ana Mountains’ southern slopes above Temescal Valley near Corona, CA, Terramor is set to be a 961-acre master-planned community. Forestar Toscana Development Company, the joint venture in charge of the project, announced that PulteGroup’s Del Webb will begin developing the first two neighborhoods.

The first neighborhood, dubbed Cortina, will feature homes for 55+ residents that range from 1,999 to 2,172 square-feet and up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms each. Each home also comes with a two-car garage. The second neighborhood, Ardena, includes homes for 55+ residents between 1,579 and 1,865 square-feet that go up to three bedrooms and two bathrooms and also include a two-car garage. Together, the two neighborhoods will include 240 new 55+ homes.

In total, the first phase of Terramor is approved for 1,443 single-family homes with a mix of 55+ and all-ages neighborhoods. Cortina and Ardena are expected to be open by the spring with four more neighborhoods (Sterling, Wilder, Willow, Terrain) still to be announced.

The community will also include indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, a 20,000 square-foot clubhouse exclusive to 55+ residents, and a recreational club open to all residents. Nestled throughout the community, other amenities include five miles of trails, 22 acres of parks, and other activity areas.
