DeNova's New Townhome Community in Costa Mesa Nearly Complete
Bay Area homebuilder DeNova Homes has almost finished construction for Aura, its newest residential community located in Costa Mesa. Although the company has yet to unveil the completed development, it has already begun selling homes to prospective buyers. Sale prices start around the high $800,000s.
Aura’s collection of 33 detached townhomes features three different floor plans. Each home is crafted to complement the Orange County location and Costa Mesa’s oceanside character. The two-story residences, ranging between 2,143 to 2,401 square feet, are packaged with a mix of three- to four-bedrooms and customized options such as adding a study, loft, or both. Each detached townhome also comes with a private yard, a garage for up to two vehicles, and additional driveway parking.
Per Builder, residents of the community also have the option of choosing a landscaping style for their front yards such as Modern Farmhouse, Plantation, and Spanish. As for the interior of each residence, architectural details include hand-laid designer tile floors, European quartz countertops, a Bertozzoni stainless steel appliance package, and shaker-style designer cabinets.
