California-based real estate development firm Brooks Street has announced a collection of custom homesites at Wilder in Orinda. Homesites will sell from $600,000 to $1 million, and the homes will be between 2,500 and 6,000 square feet.

Wilder is a new luxury community comprised of 245 homesites that also includes new homes from Davidson Homes and Taylor Morrison.

To build their customized homes, buyers can consult Brooks Street’s library of architecture plans for inspiration and ideas. They will have a say in the interior design, landscaping, and other aesthetic choices of the home. Cost-effective subcontractors will take care of the building process, according to a press release.
