Homebuilder California West recently announced that if you want to get in on two of their San Diego area communities, you better hurry up. There’s only a handful of available homes left between both of them.

Of the 41 luxury homes in Upper Cielo in Rancho Santa Fe, only six are still available for sale. The one- and two-story homes range from 3,490 to 4,850 square feet and offer clear views of both the ocean and northern mountains. Residences include up to five bedrooms, including a downstairs master bedroom, with prices starting in $1.4 millions.

Meanwhile in the Southern Preserve in La Costa community in Carlsbad, there is only one single-story luxury residence left for sale out of the 49 total. The move-in ready home includes three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an office, and two outdoor living spaces, and is priced at $1,399,900. The community includes also includes a nature preserve and provides access to the award-winning schools in the Encinitas Union School District.

If you miss out on those opportunities, California West is also currently working on Westerly in Rancho Tesoro, a 71-home community in San Marcos. Expected to be open in late spring, homes in Rancho Tesoro are expected to range from the $600,000s to $900,000s.
