With only five lots remaining in Phase II, luxury home development Creekside at Heritage Park in Flower Mound is undergoing development on Phase III. Its projected opening is February 2018, and total build-out of the entire development is expected in early 2019.

Built by Toll Brothers — six-time recipient of Texas Association of Builders’ “Texas Builder of the Year” award — luxury home prices in the third phase will start in the upper $500,000s and offer more lot sizes and options than I and II, including cul-de-sac homes. For lot prices, some are included in the home price, and some run up to $105,000. Floorplans range from 3,532 to 5,047 square feet.

The sales office and model home are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. at 1700 Johnson Place in Flower Mound.

The neighborhood strives to be a blend of upscale suburbia and scenic nature. Bordered by Baker’s Branch Creek, lush mature trees, and 300 acres of parks, Phase III residents will have direct access to Heritage Park, Bakersfield Park, a community activity center, and two dog parks via a walking and jogging path. Aside from these walkable Flower Mound amenities, the neighborhood will have fireworks displays, concerts, festivals, and picnicking, as well as a swimming pool, waterpark, fitness center, and ballfields.

Creekside is served by Lewisville Independent School District, and it’s conveniently located close to I-35 and U.S. Highway 121. Besides shopping and dining in Flower Mound, Creekside at Heritage Park is minutes from Dallas, Denton, D-FW International Airport, the Toyota U.S. Headquarters in Plano, and Lake Lewisville.
