Built by developer Genton Property Group, Four Seasons Residences will be located at 9000 West Third St. (at the corner of Almont Drive). The location is less than a mile from Santa Monica Boulevard’s bustling dining, shopping, and entertainment options. It’s also less than two miles from The Grove shopping center, a large outdoor retail complex between Beverly Grove and La Brea.

The average unit size in the Four Seasons will be over 2,400 square feet and starting prices for the smallest condos will be $2.5 million apiece. Four of the units will occupy 5,000 square feet each, occupying the 11th floor just below the top-floor penthouse.

Construction on the project is set to be completed in mid-2019.

Genton has developed projects across Los Angeles, as well as the rest of California and Nevada. Additional LA properties sit in Culver City and Larchmont.
