Construction is underway on the Hall Arts Residences and Hotel towers in Downtown Dallas, according to the Dallas Morning News.

Located on Leonard Street between Flora Street and Ross Avenue in the Dallas Arts District, the $250 million towers are across from Winspear Opera House and next door to the 18-story KPMG office tower, which was Phase I of the two-block Hall Arts development owned by the Hall Group.

The 25-story residential tower will contain 44 luxury condominiums ranging from 1,600 to 10,000 square feet. The starting price is $2 million with a median price of $4 million. And the tower is one of three new residential high-rises going up in Downtown Dallas, which include the 45-story AMLI tower and the Atelier with 364 luxury residences.

Per D Magazine, Hall Group principal Craig Hall and his wife Kathryn plan to move into the residential tower when it’s completed and occupy the sixth and seventh floor.

The eight-story boutique hotel tower will include 183 rooms with original artwork in each room. And retail space will be on the ground level facing Flora Street.

Completion of Hall Arts Residences and Hotel towers is projected to take slightly over two years.

"This is another step forward in downtown's revitalization," John Crawford with Downtown Dallas Inc. told the Dallas Morning News. "The project will be exceptional, bringing with it new and unique exposure as downtown continues to evolve as a special urban environment."
