HGTV’s Smart Home certainly lives up to the name.

The 2017 version of the TV network’s annual giveaway residence includes motion-activated toilets, a bathtub complete with sound waves, a bed controlled by sleep apps, solar-activated skylights, and a video security system you control with a tablet. Oh, and it also comes with a Mercedes hybrid SUV and a garage charging system.

Interested? Better move to Scottsdale, AZ because that’s where this year’s Smart Home is located.

Located near luxury enclave Whisper Rock, this three-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,300-square-foot home and prize package is valued at $1.5 million. HGVT will air multiple episodes on the house and give it away sometime afterwards.

Smart features aside, the home also features plenty of low-tech luxuries. The two-story great room leads you towards a fireplace, bar area, and sizable kitchen. Along with the master suite there are also two guest suites. In the backyard, you’ll find an artificial turf yard and pool, both of which make life easier under the Arizona sun.

Of course, be forewarned that a giveaway like this comes with a hefty tax bill for the winner. Past winners often decide to sell the house upon winning rather than eat those charges.
