Hickory Street Capital is developing Hotel Zachary, just one of many projects in the new wave of development taking place in Wrigleyville. The hotels signs were unveiled at a recent zoning committee meeting, according to DNAinfo.

Hickory Street Capital is owned by the Ricketts Family, who also own the Cubs and Wrigley Field. Hotel Zachary, named after the architect who designed Wrigley Field, is designed to draw tourists to the neighborhood and create a unique sense of community, according to the report.

Hotel Zachary will also be home to a McDonald’s, Big Star, Smoke Daddy, and West Town Bakery.

The recently revealed plans for the hotel’s signs include a 35-and-a-half foot wide and eight-foot-tall sign featuring the hotel’s entire name, DNAinfo reports. The hotel will also have six-foot high “Z” signs.

Other big developments in the neighborhood include the Park at Wrigley and the Addison & Clark development.
