Per Curbed, the CBS Television City facility may hit the market soon, though some details about this are still unclear. The historic structure was originally built in 1952 and is well-known in the Fairfax neighborhood of Los Angeles for its many television and film productions, live shows, and studio events. The site is also right across the street from the tourist-friendly Original Farmers Market and The Grove.

According to The Real Deal, the network has already met with a number of real estate brokerages to handle the 25-acre parcel. Major details about whether the corporation will relinquish the site completely or partially, or if it wants to simply lease out the venue, are still hazy. However, it’s been reported that at least two big developers have shown an interest in purchasing the entertainment property.

Although nothing has been confirmed, speculation about the massive deal and its possible market price continues to grow. Sources have told the Los Angeles Times that the facility is estimated to sell as high as $900 million, and may even spark a bidding war.

The production studio is currently home to shows such as “Dancing With The Stars,” “The Steve Harvey Show,” and “The Late Late Show With James Corden.”
