KB Home recently announced the addition of 114 new homes to Moreno Valley, as part of its Daybreak community build. The community will feature six home designs, including both one- and two-story homes. Low-end pricing starts at $429,990 and goes as high as $465,990 for the most expensive models. The smallest units are 2,159 square feet, while the largest is 2,854 square feet. 

All homes will feature a two-car garage, at least three bedrooms, and at least two baths. The largest residence design can have as many as six bedrooms in all (to go with three full bathrooms).

Each unit also features a wide variety of customization options, from flooring, cabinets, and lighting, to color and even expansion options for elements like the den and garage.

The Riverside County community will sit right near the California State Freeway 60 and Interstate 15. Nearby amenities include several regional parks and shopping malls. Major healthcare facilities are also nearby and easily accessible for residents.

KB has 28 new communities in the Riverside/San Bernardino area alone, with pricing starting as low as $311,000 for units in Beaumont. Along with Daybreak, KB has an additional neighborhood in Moreno Valley named Bella Cortina. Those homes range from $367,000 up to around $427,000.
