KB Home’s Lotus, a new home community in Santa Ana, California, is now open for prospective buyers.

Lotus consists of two three-story plans. Residence One measures 1,890 square feet and includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Some of the interior touches include Moen® chrome faucets, white thermofoil cabinets throughout, and Whirlpool® kitchen appliances. These homes are priced from $589,880.

Meanwhile, Residence Two is a little bigger at 1,905 square feet and includes four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Special interior features included are a downstairs bedroom with full bath, Sea Gull® LED surface mounted lighting, and a USB charging receptacle at kitchen. These homes are priced from $605,880.

All KB Homes are built to Energy Star® guidelines and include WaterSense® labeled faucets and fixtures. Buyers will also have the chance to personalize aspects of their homes, such as interior finishes and floor plan, in the KB Home Design Studio.
