KB Home recently opened the doors on The Enclaves at Santiago in Phoenix. Located off Roeser Road at S 22nd Place, the gated community brings a collection of new homes to the Southview Acres neighborhood.

The Enclaves includes 77 one-story homes that will range between 1,501 and 2,234 square feet. The five floorplans will include up to four bedrooms and two baths and come with a two-car garage. Depending on the model you’ll also get large walk-in closets, covered patios, and dual vanities in the master bath. Prices will start in the high $100,000s.

The community will also include amenities such as a child’s play structure, basketball half-court, ramada with picnic tables, barbecue area, and bike rack. Close by you’ll also find Hermosa Park for lounging by the pool and South Mountain Park for hiking and horseback riding.

Commuters will find a lot to like about the location. The Enclaves is close to Interstates 10 and 17. It’s also within four miles of Sky Harbor Airport.
