KB Home just opened Winn Ridge, its newest single-family home community in North Texas, and home prices start in the low $200,000s according to Builder.

Located off U.S. Highway 380 in Aubrey, the Denton County community is an easy commute to the Dallas North Tollway and just minutes to the $5 Billion Mile in Frisco, which is home to The Star in Frisco, Wade Park, The Gate, and Frisco Station.

Via the Highway 380 Corridor, Winn Ridge is also close to restaurants, shopping, and Lake Lewisville, an area favorite for fishing, boating, camping, watersports, and hiking.

Winn Ridge homes come in eight distinct one and two-story floorplans with up to seven bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths. Features include large great rooms, open concept designs, ample storage, and optional gas furnaces, water heaters, and appliances. Home sizes range from 1,709 to 2,981 square feet.

Future community amenities run the gamut from a resort-style pool and large open-air pavilion to soccer fields, walking trails, and a sand volleyball court.

Located in the Denton Independent School District, the new Braswell High School will be part of the Winn Ridge community.
