KB Home has announced that the next phase of homes in their Mountain Vail Reserve community in Tucson is now available. A grand opening event was held on June 17 and model homes are now available to visit.

Mountain Vail Reserve II will consist of 77 one- and two-story residences ranging from 1,465 to 2,657 square feet and including up to six bedrooms and three baths. These homes will feature open floor plans, large great rooms, loft areas, and two-car garages.

Opening prices start between $193,990 and $241,990, depending on the model.

The Mountain Vail Reserve community is located within the Vail School District and is in walking distance to Esmond Station Iron Horses K-8 and less than a mile from Empire High School.

The neighborhood is also minutes from the I-10 and I-19, making it very commuter-friendly. Residents will be able to enjoy the community’s views of the surrounding Catalina, Rincon, and Santa Rita mountain ranges as well.
