A mixed-use residential development in the Dogpatch has sold out in just 10 months, making it one of San Francisco’s fastest-selling communities.

Real estate developer Trumark Urban put the development, dubbed Knox, on the market in March. This week, they announced all 91 of its one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominium units have been sold.

"The sales success we experienced at Knox is truly unprecedented and is a key indicator that homebuyers are beginning to recognize the tremendous value of residing in the budding Dogpatch neighborhood central to diverse services, amenities and transit options," Arden Hearing, managing director of Trumark Urban, said in a press release.

Located at the corner of 22nd and Mississippi Street, Knox is adjacent to a Caltrain station and features amenities like an outdoor movie wall, firepits, and a living wall butterfly habitat. Currently, it’s the only for-sale residential community in the neighborhood, leading to a high demand. One bedroom condos there started at $750,000 while three bedrooms were selling for up to $1.8 million.
