Per a Polaris Pacifis press release, the highly anticipated residences were designed for buyers who “truly appreciate architecture and aesthetics.” The condos feature architecture and interiors by Alan Tse for JS Sullivan with sales and marketing by Polaris Pacific.

The five-story building, located at 241 10th St., offers floor plans from 523 to 981 square feet designed to maximize space, light, and livability. Each residence comes upgraded with options for custom closets, designer window coverings, and cabinetry, with access to exclusive services, partnerships, and discounts. Techies will appreciate smart home technology throughout as well as video security, smart wiring, and keyless entry.
Additional building amenities include a rooftop deck with unobstructed views, open-air outdoor dining area with grill and organic gardens, private parking, and a lobby lounge.
Prices begin in the $600,000s. Showings for interested buyers have already begun.
