Commercial real estate company 601W Companies acquired Chicago’s Old Post Office building more than a year ago and announced plans to redevelop the riverfront building into office space. Preliminary renderings were released last year, but now more detailed renderings have been made available, according to Curbed Chicago

The redevelopment project is expected to cost $300 million. The new renderings created by architecture firm Gensler show details like a restored Art Deco lobby, retail space, and a fitness center, according to the report. The renderings also show how the building would take advantage of its riverfront location with a landscaped riverwalk and water taxi stop.

This redevelopment comes at the same time Chicago is aiming to land Amazon’s second headquarters. The Old Post Office building could be a prime location for the HQ2 campus if Amazon selects Chicago, according to the report. The building could be ready for office tenants in early 2019.
