California home builder Lennar Homes recently purchased 19 acres of property in Fontana from the developer Goodman Family. The acquisition firm Land Advisors Organization facilitated the deal, but details about the transaction remain closed.

According to Builder, the San Bernardino County site has already been approved to become a new collection of single-family lots. The residential community will be located at San Sevaine Road and Beech Avenue and will consist of 102 single-detached dwellings. The company hopes to attract family and student homeowners looking to live in an affordable neighborhood.

The future residential development is situated near the 210 freeway as well as the reputable Etiwanda School District and Fontana Unified School District. Proximity to these districts is highly attractive for developers since they offer admission and scholarship perks to a number of SoCal universities.

Many home developers are beginning to make a move towards Fontana since the city is conveniently located close to Los Angeles and Orange County. Lennar Homes recently had its grand opening of Altair Irvine, its new resort-style luxury community in Irvine.
