Plans have been approved for the construction of a four-story building on the former Marina Chevron site at 2301 Lombard St. in San Francisco, which was leveled more than 10 years ago.

According to a report by Socket Site, a notice that would allow DM Development to go ahead with construction without completing an environmental review has also been submitted to the state.

The construction project would build 22 condos on top of 2,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as a stacked garage for 33 cars. Although progress is being made for key approvals, the project still has not received a building permit. It’s unlikely DM Development will break ground this year, but it is still possible for construction to be completed by the end of 2019.
