Developer Barth Partners is putting the finishing touches on Ridge Silver Lake, their collection of 10 small lot homes coming soon to the Los Angeles neighborhood of Silver Lake.

This small community will include modern two- to four-bedroom homes that range from 1,500 to 2,700 square feet. Layouts have been crafted to maximize Downtown LA and Silver Lake Hills views while maintaining privacy without sacrificing a sophisticated design. Each home will also include a private deck, two-car garage and between 2.5 and 3.5 bathrooms. Certain homes also include 'lock-off' units on the lower level that can provide potential lease income.

Five of the homes will line Glendale Boulevard while the other five face Jerome Way. The immediate neighborhood is residential but the location is close to both the Glendale Freeway and Silver Lake Boulevard.

The homes are expected to be available in spring 2017.
