Homebuilder and developer Brookfield Residential recently announced the opening of New Haven, an assorted collection of master-planned townhomes in Ontario. The company aims to attract new homeowners such as first-time buyers and millennials to the site, offering homes that range between 976 and 3,627 square feet starting from the high $200,000s to low $500,000s.

Amenities include a 3,250-square-foot clubhouse, a community room and bar, two swimming pools and a spa, a splash zone for kids, a super playground with zip line, barbeque and fire pits, and more.

Model residences in all five communities are available for tours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except for Wednesdays when hours are 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
