The Academy Award Best Picture-winning film Moonlight was both set and filmed in Miami. The low-budget heartbreaker may have been dwarfed by a massive screw-up at the Oscars ceremony—you know the one—but it will be honored in the form of an honorary street name in the city it was set.

Miami New Times reports a Liberty City street will be renamed “Moonlight Way” to honor the film.

The designated area will be on Northwest 22nd Avenue from Northwest 61st Street to Northwest 66th Street—a few blocks from Liberty Square, a location in the movie.

Miami-Dade County Commissioner Audrey Edmonson, who is sponsoring the resolution for the street, is proud of the light the film showed on the city and neighborhood:

"This goes out to children still living here in the inner city that are told they'll never amount to anything. It shows that it doesn't matter how you were raised or where you grew up; you can still turn out to be someone."
