The Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach which, as the name suggests, is a very car-focused development, is now open and firing the latest salvos in the luxury amenity arms race of the Miami condo market.

Just days before the opening, Curbed Miami reported the 20,000 square-foot penthouse unit of the tower was pending sale. While the sale price wasn’t confirmed at the time of the report, it was on the market for $32.5 million.

The penthouse alone encompasses four stories and includes two private pools, two outdoor kitchens, two “Sky Garages,” and a 3,000 square-foot car gallery.

But how would the penthouse owner transport his luxury cars up to the 57th floor? With the help of the building’s Dezervator, of course. Named after building developer Dezer Development, it’s a high-tech elevator for cars that resembles a giant pneumatic tube. The silver, cylindrical tower includes 132 units and killer views of the ocean as you ascend to your unit in the glass Dezervator—which could either be thrilling or terrifying.
