The 649-foot, 57-story tower will feature 249 units ranging in size from 776 to 3,788 square feet. It will be the first-ever branded residence from the Italian fashion and design house Missoni and is the first of four planned projects by Russian developers OKO Group for the Edgewater neighborhood. An official groundbreaking ceremony is set for Oct. 12, with completion slated for 2019.

Prices will range from $500,000 and up, with amenities such as five swimming pools, an elevated tennis court, fitness center, spa overlooking the bay, media room, beauty salon, children’s playroom, and a pet spa.

OKO Group, led by Russian real estate mogul Vladislav Doronin, is planning to invest over $700 million in Edgewater, with other projects planned for sites at 720 NE 27th St., 175 SE 25th Road, and 830 Brickell Ave.
