A mixed-use development, The Concord at Sheridan, has broken ground in Rogers Park, according to Curbed Chicago. The development will include a 23,000-square-foot Target.

The Chicago Housing Authority and Three Corners Development are leading the project, located at Sheridan Road and Devon Avenue. In addition to the Target, the development will features 111 apartments, 125 parking spaces, and an additional 7,000 square feet of retail space, according to the report. 

The Concord at Sheridan will be a total of seven stories. Of the 111 apartments, 65 will be a part of the CHA’s Property Rental Assistance program, according to the report.

GREC Architects is designing the development.
