Curbed Chicago reports the former Lake Forest, Illinois home of actor and wrestler Mr. T is on the market—and its history is significant besides being the one-time home of the “A-Team” actor.

Before Mr. T moved into the Tudor Revival manse in the ritzy suburb north of Chicago, which was designed and built in 1910 by Harrie T. Lindeberg, the house called Two Gables was owned by meatpacker Laurance Armour. Mr. T bought the house in 1986, and pity the trees who dared to be on the property—Mr. T cut down more than 100 of those because of his allergies, prompting the New York Times to call the dub the incident “Mr. T’s Tree Massacre”.

The home includes nine bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a detached apartment, and a pool. The cozy interior features 10 fireplaces, a library, and a lodge-like great room with beamed, vaulted ceilings. The property encompasses 7.5 acres. Check out the listing here
