Azusa will soon see 28 new townhomes next to the Downtown Gold Line Station. As Urbanize notes, the units are set at 805 North Dalton Ave. in a community known as Metro Walk.

Developer Olson Homes describes the development as sitting right in the middle of downtown Azusa, public transportation, and a fair amount of food, shopping, and entertainment options for residents to walk to. The three-story project will feature three different home designs, all with at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Plan 1A has two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, including the master suite, and comes in at 1,234 square feet. Plan 1C units also have two beds and 2.5 baths, but with larger living space and a porch within 1,331 square feet. At a minimum, Plan 2A/C/D comes with three bedrooms, two baths, and two powder rooms but there’s also an optional fourth bedroom there. Living space is larger here too and residents will have 1,743 square feet in total.

All homes are equipped with energy-efficient features, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile entryway, and cable/internet wiring. Bathrooms feature marble countertops. Additional features can be customized as well.

No timing or prices have been set yet. Other Olson Homes developments near Azusa include Arbor Walk (Arcadia), Blossom Walk (Temple City), and Union Walk (El Monte).
