The Rosedale planned community in Azusa, CA already has two neighborhoods full of homes that ask over $1 million. Now they’ve debuted the community’s third and final neighborhood, which offers new residences for those looking for something in the six figures.
Three model homes in TRI Pointe Homes’ Bradford neighborhood debuted March 25. Ranging from 3,413 to 3,972 square feet, these single-family residences come with four to five bedrooms plus lofts, four and one-half to five and one-half baths, and three-car garages. Each two-story floor plan also includes interior courtyards, great rooms, gourmet kitchens, first-floor bedrooms or optional in-law suite, and master bedrooms with optional deck. Buyers can also add on options such as sun rooms. Prices are expected to start in the mid $800,000s.
Homes are also still available in Rosedale’s other two neighborhoods. Brookfield Residential’s Camellia offers large single-family homes that start in the low $1,000,000s. Meanwhile, Aster Heights offers single-family homes that go as big as seven bedrooms and start in the mid-$1,000,000s.
Located in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, Rosedale is full of luxury amenities for residents in all neighborhoods. The cornerstone of the community is The Resort, a 4,500 square-foot private clubhouse and two-acre recreation center that includes a fitness center, swimming pool, children’s pool, and more. The community also boasts 13.5 acres of open space as well parks and trails throughout.
