New Home Co. will be adding 75 new townhomes to Playa Vista, according to Builder. Seabluffs, the company’s first neighborhood in the tech-focused Silicon Beach area, is one of the final additions to the larger community near Lincoln Boulevard and Jefferson Boulevard — the heart of the region, housing Facebook, Google, YouTube, IMAX, and other technology firms.

Seabluff will feature both one- and two-story homes with open floor plans, patios, and shared courtyards. Pricing is expected to start in the $900,000 range for the smallest homes. Units will be as small as 1,102 square feet, scaling up to 2,233 square feet for the largest units. Sales will begin in late winter of 2017.

Seabluff will sit near Runway Playa Vista, which houses the area’s dining and entertainment areas. Starbucks, Whole Foods, Urban Plates, and a movie theater (among others) moved in several years ago, and other retail and dining locations have since been added to the central area. Also nearby is Concert Park, a central area for outdoor gatherings and performances.

This is New Home Co.’s third neighborhood in Los Angeles County — the others include Twenty Oaks in Thousand Oaks and Avanti in Calabasas. New Home Co. also has homes throughout Orange County (where it’s headquartered), San Diego, the Bay Area, Sacramento, and the Phoenix/Scottsdale area in Arizona.
