Per Times of San Diego, The New Home Company officially kicked off sales this past weekend for Promontory, a neighborhood consisting of 133 contemporary homes found at the highest point in this Mission Valley community.

The community is a mixture of multi-story townhomes, single-level attached homes, and three-story attached homes. The townhomes are priced from the high $600,000s while the attached homes start in the mid to high $800,000s. All residences are designed by Woodley Architecture Group, based in Santa Ana.

Because of their location high up above the valley, many of the homes will boast 180-degree views of Mission Valley. The neighborhood is also close to the 14.3-acre Civita Park, the centerpiece of the community that boasts an outdoor amphitheater stage, a large plaza, and community garden, among other things.

When fully built out, Civita is expected to include over 4,780 residential units, approximately 480,000 square feet of retail, and a 420,000-square-foot office campus.
