The Villages of Irvine was one of the top-selling master-planned communities in the U.S. in 2016 and they’re not done adding new homes just yet. California Pacific Homes just announced the opening of their new Silverleaf neighborhood in the community’s Portola Springs Village in Irvine, CA.
Silverleaf will offer three two-story floorplans ranging between 1,645 and 1,839 square feet and featuring three bedrooms, two and one-half to three and one-half baths, and a two-car attached garage. Each home also includes a first-floor bedroom, bonus room or loft, and a fenced yard or private courtyard. Prices start in the mid $600,000s.
Living in Silverleaf and Portola Springs Village comes with other perks, including multiple parks, pools, tot lots, sports courts, and more. The community also is close to schools of all levels as well as various shopping and entertainment centers. Altogether, The Villages of Irvine includes 57,000 acres of preserved open space.
